This article aims at the quality management problems that nondestructive testing in the welds of pressure container existed in the process of production in the a company in Tianjin:first,the process is complex and the lack of standard in some process;second,the quality of the data recorded according to the paper medium,large work volume on data analysis,statistical inconvenient and the problems trace difficult,the result data feedback lag,update not in time,can't for enterprise management decision to provide timely and reliable data support;Based on the theory of management,developed a set of pressure vessel weld NDT information system.solved the problems of complex process and data storage in some extent.The information system based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 platform development,and seamless with Microsoft Office software.From top to bottom in the ASP.NET environment USES the "overall planning,bottom-up application development" strategy to develop information management system of nondestructive testing(NDT)methods,the.NET and the RBAC role access control technology,combined with the advantage of PostgreSQL database has developed a management information system.This system adopts the project WBS standardization management concept,design based on the basis of the project WBS data standardization management model on the quality control system for standardized management;Optimized the weld NDT approval process;Strict control of workflow process,trace the source of the problem.Finally,the quality management information system in pressure vessel production weld process was carried out on the application of nondestructive testing(NDT)methods,the results confirmed that the system of weld NDT quality significantly improve management efficiency,realize the pressure container manufacturing weld nondestructive testing in the process of accuracy,high efficiency,normative and timely.
