New China Life Insurance Sanitation Workers’ Public Welfare Project Implementation Effect Analysis

In the new situation of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,Helping vulnerable groups has become the first choice for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.Since 2017,New China life Insurance launched and implemented the public welfare project of donating accident insurance to sanitation workers across the country.In order to fully evaluate the implementation effect of the public welfare project,this paper studies the commonweal project evaluation theory and evaluation method,and public welfare project of sanitation workers operation is analyzed,and then according to the comprehensive performance evaluation theory,build a set of suitable for sanitation worker of commonweal project evaluation index system,Uses the expected utility function analysis,questionnaire investigation of sanitation workers to synthetically evaluate the effect of public projects,including economic effect,social effect and innovation,etc.The above research results show that the public welfare project of sanitation workers has achieved good economic and social effects,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the public welfare project for sanitation workers has achieved good economic effects.The sanitation workers have improved their living status and improved their understanding of insurance.The satisfaction of relevant parties to the project is high;The frequency of media publicity and volunteer service activities is high.In addition,the project initiated the operation mode of combining insurance and public welfare,which promoted the smooth promotion of the project nationwide and provided a reference for other public welfare projects.In the process of evaluating the implementation effect of the public welfare project for sanitation workers,this paper found the deficiencies in the operation of the project,such as not deeply understanding the actual security needs of sanitation workers,not issuing insurance policies to individuals,not carrying out insurance knowledge lectures in time,and putting forward improvement suggestions for these problems.First,we need to increase insurance donations to form a security system.The second is to optimize the operation mechanism and improve customer experience.Third,unified deployment,strengthen promotion and publicity,enhance brand influence.
