Research On Construction And Application Of Z Chemical Enterprise Social Responsibility Evaluation System

With the development of economic globalization and the gradual improvement of people’s living standards,the concept of sustainable development has been deeply rooted in the hearts of people,and "corporate social responsibility" has gradually become a hot topic in the world.In the critical period of China’s economic transformation,the upgrading and development of enterprises has become a trend.The chemical industry has made a great contribution to China’s economic development,and its products cover all aspects of people’s lives.However chemical enterprise in the process of production and processing also brought a certain amount of pollution to environment,at the same time of frequent safety accidents,such as the 2019 Jiangsu Yancheng Xiangshui "3·21" explosion and Henan Sanmenxia the July 19 "major workplace accidents are caused by different levels of casualties,make public doubts for chemical enterprises is becoming more and more severe damage to the image of the chemical enterprise,further study on the reason can be found that some chemical companies in their own interests at the same time,However,China lacks objective quantitative evaluation and specific requirements for the social responsibility of chemical enterprises,so it is difficult to measure their fulfillment of social responsibility.Therefore,it is imperative to design a comprehensive and systematic social responsibility evaluation index system for chemical enterprises.Therefore,taking Z company as an example,this paper constructs a social responsibility evaluation system and analyzes the social responsibility performance of Z company.As a listed company of chemical enterprises,Z company is the leader of chemical enterprises in this province and the leader of national chemical enterprises,which is representative to a certain extent.Its fulfillment of social responsibilities has received extensive attention from the whole society.So based on the Z company as the research object,first briefly introduces the background,contents and significance of research,on consulting a large number of documents and fully understand the situation of chemical industry and Z corporation,on the basis of stakeholder theory,based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)methods targeted to build a set of Z corporation social responsibility evaluation system,the system includes eight primary index and 27 second level indicators and empowerment.Then,the extremum standardization method is used to quantify the actual situation of the company’ssocial responsibility performance in the past five years,which can directly show the performance of Z company’s social responsibility in the past five years.Finally,in order to ensure the better promotion of the evaluation system,this paper gives corresponding Suggestions from the internal and external mechanisms.Through social responsibility evaluation system constructed in this paper,to be able to quantify draw performance value of Z corporation social responsibility for five years and the specific performance of each rating index in the situation,found that Z company within the last two years on the environment and fulfillment of government and community responsibilities,is advantageous to the Z company targeted to compensate for insufficient in the process of fulfillment of the responsibilities,strengthen performance management,better improve their own cultural soft power and enterprise competitiveness,eventually realize the sustainable development of its own.This evaluation system provides a certain reference for other chemical enterprises to build the social responsibility evaluation system,enriches the academic research content of the social responsibility evaluation of chemical enterprises,and also helps to promote the sustainable development of China’s economy.
