| It is not only the responsibility and obligation of sporting goods enterprises in the new era,but also an important strategy to realize the sustainable development of sporting goods enterprises.At present,due to the fierce market competition of sports goods industry,and the pursuit of maximum profit as the value pursuit goal of sports goods enterprises,this leads to the weakening or lack of social responsibility in its development,and brings a series of social problems such as lack of integrity,consumption fraud and so on.This not only affects the sustainable development of sporting goods enterprises themselves,but also brings a lot of adverse effects to social construction,and then affects and restricts the healthy development of the whole sporting goods industry.Based on a systematic review of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper takes sports goods enterprises in Jiangxi Province as the research object,obtains the results of the relationship between social responsibility and performance of sports goods enterprises through empirical research,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the results.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility and improve their performance.This paper takes 101 sporting goods enterprises in Jiangxi Province as samples,it uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,analysis of variance and SEM model analysis.On the basis of combing and analyzing the existing theoretical research,it constructs theoretical model,puts forward theoretical hypothesis,and carefully designs questionnaire.It carries out data quality analysis,variance analysis and SEM model analysis on the relationship between social responsibility and corporate performance of sporting goods enterprises.The results show that the social responsibility of sporting goods enterprises has a significant impact on their performance improvement,and technological innovation has a partial significant positive impact between the two variables.This conclusion enlightens us:First of all,sporting goods enterprises should consciously undertake and perform social responsibility as an investment behavior,so as to organically combine with the competitive strategy,marketing strategy and corporate image of sporting goods enterprises,so as to improve the performance of sporting goods enterprises.Secondly,sports goods enterprises should construct and improve the social responsibility system,and earnestly undertake and fulfill the social responsibility of stakeholders.Thirdly,technological innovation is the first driving force for the development of sports goods enterprises,and sports goods enterprises are the main body of sports products and service innovation.Under the background of the new era,sporting goods enterprises should attach importance to and strengthen technological innovation activities,improve the quality of products and services,and improve the performance of sporting goods enterprises. |
