| With the increasingly serious greenhouse effect, some countries are aware of the importance of controlling carbon dioxide emissions all around the world. In order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions,China began to establish the carbon emissions trading market in 2013.Afterward,China built the national carbon emission trading platform in 2021.At the same time, consumers’ awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased, and their preferences for low-carbon products have also gradually increased.Under policy constraints and market promotion, many enterprises take positive action for their positive emission reduction and promote suppliers to promote supply chain emission reduction. However, supply chain members have the characteristics of interest autonomy, and emission reduction is altruistic. There is a critical problem we have to solve is how to boost the interests of various subjects in the supply chain and improve the emission reduction effect of the supply chain.First of all,the subject of this study is company L.Focus on Air Laundry Condensation which is a low-carbon product in the ‘Clean Future’ plan of company L.And then analyzes the problems that happened in the process of promoting the product including how to consider the consumers’ low carbon demand, how to encourage suppliers to reduce carbon emissions. The final goal is to improve the market share of low-carbon products and achieve the most profits in the whole supply chain system. The next level is building a carbon emission reduction decision-making model which considers the influence of consumers’ low carbon preference on demand based on actual background.By solving the model and comparing the results of the two models,it is found that consumers’ low carbon preference has a positive incentive effect on the carbon emissions of company L and supplier S.Under decentralized decision-making,the carbon emission reduction and total profit of company L are higher than those of supplier S.Meanwhile the total profit of the supply chain is far lower than that of the supply chain when two sides begin cooperative decision-making.The increase of carbon trading prices under centralized decision-making will cause double-positive economic and environmental benefits for both manufacturers and suppliers, while it will also lead to a decrease in the total profit of the supply chain system as carbon trading prices rise. Therefore, decentralized decision-making has double economic loss and double carbon emission reduction environmental benefit loss, and the loss of supplier is more serious.Secondly, considering the introduction of a cost-sharing contract, agreed to company L for supplier S to share a certain proportion of carbon emission reduction costs to reduce the pressure on suppliers to reduce emissions, and encourage suppliers to enhance emission reduction enthusiasm.Through numerical simulation analysis,it is found that the contract can effectively improve the carbon emission reduction of supplier, and help company L to expand market share to a certain extent, thereby increasing the overall profit of company L,supplier, and supply chain. The research conclusion not only provides management suggestions for company L to implement low-carbon product supply chain emission reduction but also can be used as a reference for other companies to implement supply chain carbon emission reduction and expand the sales of low-carbon products. |
