Project management,as a key method and thought,is critically important for project implementation.How to master the methodology to pinpoint the important key points and possible difficulties and effectively put into use and realize the project target,ensuring that project quality satisfies the requirement or even exceed expectation,without safety accident,within or ahead of timeline,work scope in control and cost within budget,is achieved by efficient lean project management.And also the success implementation and achievement is mostly owed to the completeness and preparedness of project plan,execution and control.In the matter of sufficient planning and project goes forward as planned,it will be smooth,and most of the effort will be only focused on adjustment of actual and forecast,to reduce the deviation of actual situation.Based on a real example of an ongoing expansion project in Q company,we follow the guideline of “raise the problems,analyze the problems and solve the problems”,develop research on the project management for Q company,fully utilize the historical documents and current practices that are being used in Q company for project management,with the intention of finding the workable measures of lean management.Firstly,state the current research home and abroad for project management,lean management theories,to make a base for further study.Secondly,brief the current project management system from Q company and analyze the problems from daily project management of Q company in the aspect of plan,execution and control management.Thirdly,based on project management and lean management theories,compare the pros and cons of project proposal and plan,and determine the best solution,and then illustrate the specific lean management plan and procedures accordingly from the objective,organization,plan,execution and control points of view.Lastly the paper suggested the optimization measures,implementation steps and conclusion.This paper is trying to find the related project measures based on project lean management.
