Research On Implementation Of Lean Equipment Management Project In G Cigarette Factory

With the further smoking control efforts of our country,tobacco industry must reduce produce cost in order to reply severe situation.To manufacturing enterprise,equipment is an important part of enterprise production,its steady and highly operation will effect enterprise benefits.Therefore,equipment management is very important,only by improving the capacity of equipment management can we make sure the orderly development of enterprise production and operation,then we can reduce the cost of enterprise production,improve production efficiency,provide guarantee for product quality and safety production.There are two major modes of equipment maintenance in G cigarettes factory,one is planned maintenance,the other is posterior maintenance.With the increasing numbers of equipment,complexity and accuracy of equipment,the original maintenance mode is hard to adapt the current management demands.Therefore,we must explore the equipment management mode in order to adapt the strategic development of enterprises.This paper make the research of the equipment management in G cigarette factory,using project management theory,agile management method and activity based classification method to solve the current problems that exist in the equipment management of G cigarette factory,so as to achieve the goal of refining the equipment management project,improving the equipment management level and maximizing the comprehensive benefits of equipment management.First,this paper will introduce the research background and effect of equipment management in G cigarette factory.By reading and studying the domestic and overseas relevant equipment management literature,we extract the relevant theories and methods that apply to equipment management in G cigarette factory,and confirm the research contents、methods and technical routes.Then we introduce the current situation of equipment management in G cigarette factory,including equipment status,management methods and maintenance status.Aiming at the current situation,we summarize and analyze several problems that exist in maintenance system,management system,personnel training and equipment management system of G cigarette factory equipment management,and determines the problems to be solved in this paper.Then,in view of the problems existing in the equipment management of G cigarette factory,we set up the project team,confirm the goal and overall plan of equipment management project,by means of using project management.Then,in view of the problems existing in the equipment management of G cigarette factory,the lean management project of equipment is implemented,the project team is established,the goal and overall scheme of the equipment management project are established,the project schedule is formulated by using the project management theory,the work of the project is decomposed,the responsibility is allocated,the duration is estimated,and the network plan and Gantt chart of the project are drawn,so as to ensure the success of the project can be completed efficiently within the specified time.According to the implementation plan of the project,G cigarette factory carry out equipment management activities based on agile management method and ABC classification method,put forward valuable solutions and improvement measures based on the shortcomings of equipment management at the present stage,optimize the equipment operation,maintenance,maintenance,personnel construction and other aspects,and deepen the development of each equipment management module the degree of advancement.Finally,this paper analyzes and studies the implementation effect of lean management project of equipment in G cigarette factory.Through the implementation of this project,the equipment management level and equipment operation efficiency of G cigarette factory constantly improve,the equipment maintenance cost and energy consumption continuously reduce,more then that,we consummate the professional quality structure of technical team,improve the quick response ability of operators and maintenance personnel,and verify the effectiveness of this project.
