As one of the most important modules in enterprises,human resource management is of great significance to the long-term development of enterprises.A scientific and reasonable human resource management system is a necessary condition to promote enterprise reform,organizational development,talent cultivation and staff enthusiasm.Compensation management,as the most important content of human resource system,is directly related to the vital interests of employees.Accords with the practice of enterprise salary management system,to strengthen the staff organizational commitment,improve confidence in the organization,enhance the group cohesion is essential,how will the compensation management system and enterprise strategic direction,enterprise culture and enterprise actual condition together,design the effective salary incentive scheme is an important problem of every industry is facing.Firstly,this paper reviews and refines relevant literatures and theories of compensation management and incentive theory at home and abroad,and expounds the relevance of selected theories and research topics.Secondly,it introduces the organizational structure,project characteristics,project situation,human resource allocation and current salary mode of DT copper smelter general contracting project Department.Third,the DT copper smelter employees at different levels of general contracting projects department conducted on-site interviews and structured questionnaire survey,and through the data analysis,it is concluded that the current project department in the salary incentive problems.The traditional pay system is not reasonable,the existing incentive mechanism lack of fairness.Staff welfare system is not sound.Incentive effect is not obvious,the problem such as project performance appraisal system is imperfect,causes the system of the main reason of the problem is that a lack of communication,compensation,the company management style and thinking idea obsolete,and neglect the economic compensation,incentive effect and compensation performance evaluation of a single,lack of a sound assessment system,etc.Based on this,this article from the incentive salary incentive optimization scheme,performance optimization scheme,the project department staff career development channel incentives optimization scheme and other internal incentives such as directional.Angle compensation design optimization,better play to the subjective initiative and enthusiasm for projects department personnel to create a better performance,has played a positive role to achieve team goal.
