With the rapid development of technology and the continuous upgrading of high-tech equipment,various operations in the coal industry are gradually becoming automatic and intelligent.In addition,the coal industry is in a period of transformation and upgrading.Affected by internal and external environmental factors,the existing employees' quality in coal enterprises cannot meet the current demand for talents.The loss of talents has also exacerbated this situation.At the same time,the coal mining industry is a high-risk industry.The firmer the foundation for staff training,the higher the comprehensive quality of employees,the lower the accident rate,and the higher the company's safety index.Therefore,strengthening training management in coal enterprises is of critical importance to enhance the quality of employees,fully mobilize the subjective initiative of talents,retain talents,give employees a source of motivation for their development,enhance competitiveness,and achieve a safe,stable,sustainable,and healthy development.As a state-owned coal enterprise,although L company has conducted some research and innovative actions in safety training,there are still common problems in the training of the coal industry.For example,some training costs did not play their due role,there was no obvious change in employees' work enthusiasm or actual skills after the training.Additionally,most of the training plans became formalistic,the evaluation of the training effect was not standardized and normalized,and the effect of the training was not satisfactory.Therefore,this article used L company as the research object and applied the refined management ideas to examine and analyze the optimization of the training system.First,by searching and studying the domestic and foreign literature,we summarized the research topics and related theories of refined management ideas,which provided a theoretical foundation for this study.Second,based on the current problems of L company's training management,by using research methods such as questionnaires and field research,we found out the problems in L company training management and analyzed the reasons for the problems in depth.Finally,applying the core thoughts of refined management ideas,we scientifically analyzed different processes and elements in the training management,proposed an optimization plan for the training system of Company L.Beside,we formulated operational safeguard measures,including improving training status,establishing assessment and incentive mechanism for training teachers,and establishing and improving employee training assessment and incentive mechanism and so on,in order to help Company L improve the training effect and maximize the increase of human capital.The study aimed to make a contribution to the development of the coal industry and to provide implications for the improvement and optimization of the training system of other coal enterprises in China.
