With the continuous development of national economy and the deepening of market-oriented reform,state-owned enterprises are seeking to adapt to the socialist market economy law of development of the production and business operation and management mode,the current state-owned enterprises in market development,product research and development,upgrade technology and equipment innovation has made great progress,but in human resource management also has certain problem.Performance management as an important content of human resource management,sustainable institutionalized competitive advantage for enterprise,has become the core of human resource management,although the economic globalization to promote state-owned enterprise has introduced the advanced performance management theory and experience,but with the development time is shorter,and concern for a long time at the technical level,namely the level of performance evaluation methods,it is not about using the law of performance management system,also cannot achieve the purpose of improve enterprise core competitiveness and effects.Based on this,the article selected working in the windy city oilfield as the research example,performance management of the oilfield company is studied,first of all,performance management related theory were summarized and analyzed,and points out the current problems existing in the state-owned enterprise in performance management research and solutions,to explore the windy city oilfield performance management improvement measures lay a theoretical foundation;Secondly,the article on the windy city working in the fields of basic situation,human resources present situation,have investigated the current situation of the management and performance management,points out the windy city management in the oilfield areas on the ideological understanding,concrete implementation on operation,performance evaluation indicator setting,evaluation goals determine the existence of the problem,and analyzes the causes of these problems;Finally,working in the windy city is studied in this oil field management personnel performance management improvement measures,points out that by raising awareness,clear the purpose of performance management,formulate scientific and reasonable performance evaluation indicators,and improve the mechanism of performance communication and feedback can improve the windy city working in the oil field management personnel performance management situation.
