Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Green Intellectual Capital To Performance In Resource-based Enterprises

In recent years,economic growth has slowed down in China.It has proposed supply-side structural reforms,placing more emphasis on the quality of development,paying more attention to the impact of economic development on the environment,proposing the goal of building a “beautiful China,” and actively taking on international environmental responsibilities,such as Signing the Paris Agreement and actively fulfilling the commitments.In fact,China has always had problems of large total natural resources,low per capita,difficult development,low utilization and serious waste.This will inevitably affect the sustainable development of our economy.Especially for resource-based enterprises,the pressure they face is greater.On the one hand,the government and all sectors of the society pay more attention to the protection of the natural environment,and consumers pay more attention to the company's investment in environmental protection and the results of pollution control;On the other hand,with the advent of the knowledge economy,knowledge has become an important strategic resource for enterprises.It has played a very important role in improving the performance of enterprises.Practice has shown that companies that cannot seize the opportunities of the time to achieve timely transformation may be eliminated soon.Therefore,some scholars have explored the mechanism of improving enterprise performance from the perspective of intellectual capital based on the view of resource foundation.They believe that intellectual capital can improve the resource utilization and operating efficiency of enterprises,reduce the environmental pollution and resource waste of enterprises,and can significantly improve enterprise performance.However,there are few existing researches on green intellectual capital and most of them focus on high-tech industries and manufacturing industries.They rarely involve resource-based enterprises,and they pay more attention to the impact of intellectual capital on the economic benefits of enterprises.There are few related researches on the impact of green intellectual capital on corporate environmentalperformance based on green innovation.Therefore,based on the theory of intellectual capital theory,innovation theory and resource-based view,this paper uses green innovation as an intermediary variable to study the impact of green intellectual capital on the performance of resource-based enterprises.Based on reviewing existing literature at home and abroad,this paper constructs conceptual models of green intellectual capital,green innovation,and corporate performance and proposes corresponding assumptions.By using SPSS 23.0,descriptive statistics and information on 362 valid questionnaires are collected.Degree and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and verified hypotheses,and finally put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for resource-based enterprises in improving enterprise performance.In the research process,this paper divides green intellectual capital into three dimensions: human,structure,and relationship.Green innovation is divided into two aspects: green product innovation and green process innovation.Enterprise performance is measured in two aspects: economic performance and environmental performance.After questionnaire survey and data analysis,the main research conclusions of this paper are:(1)Green intellectual capital and its three dimensions have a positive correlation with economic performance and environmental performance;(2)the three dimensions of green intellectual capital and green innovation There was a significant positive correlation;(3)Green innovation played a mediating role between corporate green intellectual capital and corporate performance.It helps to improve the research on the influence mechanism between green intellectual capital and corporate performance in this paper,enriches the intellectual capital theory and green innovation theory.In practice,this article helps resource-based enterprises to further understand and value green intellectual capital on corporate performance.The important role of the company is aware of the importance of green innovation to improve corporate performance,and promote the accumulation and development of green intellectual capital,thereby improving its performance and achieving high-quality development.
