In recent years,with people's health consciousness increasing constantly,People are increasingly inclined to choose more comfortable sitting,so the demand for functional recreational chairs with higher comfort is growing as well.However,the national self-produced leisure chair is not well-worked,with single function,complex structure and low comfort,which can no longer meet the needs of consumers.In this thesis,the mechanical structure and comfort of the key parts of functional leisure chair are analyzed and studied,it fills in the gaps in this field in China to some extent,which is of great significance to the development of furniture industry.The purpose of this article is to develop a functional leisure chair which meets the market demand and ergonomics.the following are main work contents and results:(1)From the perspective of human engineering,combined with market demand,the main functions,dimension parameters and design forms are worked out scientifically with full consideration of market requirement.On this basis,a variety of design schemes are proposed.After a long-period analysis and comparison,the overall scheme of functional leisure chair is determined,and the three-dimensional model of leisure chair is established.(2)Kinematics simulation of functional recreational chairs,and which carries on the analysis to its results.The kinematics characteristic curves of its speed,acceleration of movement and angular velocity of backrest and seat frame during backrest tilt are studied,besides the unreasonable mechanism is improved and optimized according to the data analysis and calculation obtained from the simulation results.What's more,the type of air spring is matured selected.At the same time,the forward,backward and lateral stability of functional leisure chairs are verified and analyzed by Zhejiang Manufacturing Group Standard.(3)The mechanical properties of functional leisure chair and its key components are simulated and analyzed,to check the strength,stiffness and fatigue life of the key components of the leisure chair.To make sure the weak mechanism can be optimized and improved and get a good result through the analysis of the simulation results.(4)Based on the theory of comfort,the relationship between body pressure distribution index and comfort is analyzed,and the prototype of leisure chair and chair surface is designed according to the principle of ergonomics.Based on the prototype of chair surface,the influence of sponge thickness on the comfort of functional recreational chair is analyzed by pressure distribution experiment,and the sponge thickness with higher comfort and better economy was selected.(5)On the basis of corresponding testing standard,the text report is put forward based on prototype testing.It is certified that research in this paper is reliable and workable.The limitations of traditional leisure chair have been broken,and designs a recreational chair with the functions of "zero rubbing back" and "posture change" combined with ergonomics and practical needs.For society,the research and development of this product fills will fill the gap in the domestic market,reduces the harm of "sitting" and improves the comfort of leisure chairs.For enterprises,the research will further enrich the product category,broadens the scope of business and improves the competitiveness of enterprises.
