In recent years,according to the adjustment of the domestic steel industry structure,steel production capacity has declined,small energyintensive steel mills have been shut down,and major steel mills have adjusted production.In order to seek long-term development,the Ore Terminal as the upstream of the steel industry is also actively transforming and upgrading,striving for diversification of business,constantly exploring the direction of upgrading and development,striving to increase the functions of existing ports,downsizing efficiency gains,improving production management and extending the industrial chain.Whether the ore mixing result meets the demand for use,mainly depends on whether the flow rate of the bucket wheel reclaimer is stable and controllable.The performance of the pile reclaimer in the reclaiming operation directly determines whether the ore mixing production is stable and continuous.Whether the result is accurate.Constant flow control research on ore mixing has important practical application value.In this paper,by analyzing the shortage of manual operation of ore mixing,the improved PID control method with fuzzy self-tuning is used to achieve constant control of the reclaiming flow in ore mixing.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the status quo of the development of ore terminals in domestic ports was analyzed.The processes and methods for the mixed production of different types of ores in the terminal were analyzed,and the mixed production equipment was systematically introduced.Secondly,the analysis of the automatic mixing system was carried out.On the basis of the overall frame structure,in the operation of ore mixing pile reclaimer,the traditional manual single machine control has the problems of long feedback response time and large overshoot,and the system uses the step response curve method for the compounding and reclaiming operation.Identification modeling and simulation control of the system;finally,based on the engineering tuning method,the PID control with dead zone and fuzzy selftuning is added to the system,and combined with the original operating data,production experience and control principle of the equipment,The dead zone and fuzzy control rules were determined,the system was simulated and applied to the actual production,and the operation data was analyzed.The improved constant flow control system improved the mixing efficiency and the stability of the mixing,and obtained an ideal The control results prove the practicability and superiority of the control system.
