As we all know,China is the world's largest population country,and the agriculture production is related to everyone's life.The area of potassium-deficient cultivated land in China is accounted for about 22.9% of the total cultivated land area.The application of nitrogen fertilizer in potassium-deficient areas will lead to crop reduction.Qinghai Salt Lake Industrial Co.Ltd.started a new project of one million tons of potassium chloride to increase potash fertilizer production.The stacking and reclaiming process of the bulk material yard are completed by the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer in dry bag workshop of the new million-ton project.Bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer is an efficient bulk material handling machinery,which is used to implement stacking and reclaiming operations in bulk material storage yards such as ports,docks and coal mines.This thesis studies and develops the control system of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer.The research contents are listed as following:The current domestic and foreign research status of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer equipment and technology are concluded and analyzed.Starting from the requirements of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer,we introduce the trolley walking mechanism,slewing mechanism,pitching mechanism,tail car mechanism and cantilever tape respectively.According to the mechanism,the components and control requirements of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer are presented at the same time.Combining with the control requirements of the equipment under the operating conditions and the demand of stable reclaiming quantity in the reclaiming process,the mathematical model of the rotation mechanism of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is analyzed and established.Based on the established mathematical model of rotation system and the demand of stable reclaiming of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,the performance and shortage of PID control algorithm are analyzed firstly,and then the reclaiming control method using Fuzzy PID control is designed.With the simulation experiment,the performance of the two control methods is compared and analyzed.The rotation control method of Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer based on Fuzzy PID has better robustness and steadystate accuracy than the classical PID control method.According to the technological and control requirements of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,this thesis designs a networked control scheme of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer with ControlLogix PLC as the core control unit.With the design standards of the control system,this thesis completes the hardware design of the sensor part,the controller part,the actuator part and the network monitoring part of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer control system,and puts forward the corresponding anti-interference measures.Furthermore,the process control program,fuzzy PID control code,local and remote monitoring and management software of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer control system are developed.The networked bucket wheel stacker reclaimer control system has been successfully applied in the million ton potassium chloride project of Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co.Ltd.
