When stacking fluid materials,the bucket wheel stacker is an indispensable handling equipment,which is very efficient.On the one hand,with the development of the times and the advancement of technology,the bucket turbine operating system is increasingly unable to keep up with the requirements of market competition.On the other hand,the state attaches more and more importance to environmental protection,and the open coal yard needs to be transformed in enclosure way.Therefore,the reform of the bucket turbine operating system is imperative,and the operating system should be developed with the goal of higher efficiency,higher automation,higher precision and much more environmentally friendly.At present,domestic research on the automatic operation system of the bucket turbine has been applied to practice,but there are still many problems,such as low precision of laser scanner and slow speed of data processing.In the project of steam turbine automation transformation in the thermal power plant,the high-precision laser scanner and the natural accumulation angle are added on the basis of the existing bucket turbine operating system to achieve high precision,high efficiency and high automation.Conducting this research is of great significance for the construction of digital material yards.The research work in this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Study the domestic and international research status of the bucket wheel stacker and the working principle of the operating system.(2)Through the laser scanner and positioning device,the material field is scanned,the point cloud information in the coal yard is obtained,and the three-dimensional model of the coal pile is constructed by streamlining,noise reduction and three-dimensional reconstruction,which can be used for coiling coal or stacking and reclaiming.(3)The operation plan is commanded,and the stacking and reclaiming operation is automatically converted into the corresponding PLC instruction.(4)The stacker and reclaimer automatically address by converting the stacking and reclaiming operation plan into PLC control commands,and automatically stacking data by setting data such as stack height,stack shape and stack width,or the stock picking point is automatically searched by the specified stockpile for automatic reclaiming.(5)Study on the three-dimensional reconstruction of the coal yard,the integration of the bucket stacker reclaiming system and the central control system.
