With the rapid development of China's economy and society,people's increasingly high requirements for products require companies to continuously introduce newer and better products.Continuous product innovation design and accelerated product upgrading are important ways for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.In addition,product innovation design is a process with multidisciplinary,multi-disciplinary and multi-class.Because of the limitations of the single innovative design method,taking the walnut shell crusher as a case,a product innovation design method based on the combination of variety of advanced innovative design theories is of great significance to enhance product competitiveness.Because of the shortcomings of QFD and TRIZ theory in solving the product design process,on the basis of fully demonstrating the respective advantages,differences and characteristics of the two theories,a product innovation design model integrating QFD,TRIZ and Kana model is proposed.In addition,the Kano model customer questionnaire is designed for quality factors based on lightweight materials,integrated modeling,collapsible storage design,technology,electronic buttons,body display screen and diverse color requirements.On the basis of sufficient research and analysis of research data,the four quality elements of lightweight materials,body display screen,integrated modeling and electronic buttons are selected as breakthrough points to complete the innovative design of walnut shell crusher.Three technical contradictions based on the customer requirements and engineering requirements relation matrix are combed.Five kinds of walnuts shell crusher innovative design schemes are generated by applying the pre-action principle,the merging principle and the precaution principle form 40 invention principles and 39 general engineering parameters involved in the TRIZ technical contradiction matrix.The Pro/Innovator model is used to obtain the optimal design of the innovative design of the walnut shell crusher.Finally,the optimized scheme has been further designed in component,function,size and structure.Thefeasibility and advancement of the QFD and TRIZ innovative design methods proposed in this paper are verified.
