At present,the user population of household appliance products shows an increasing trend year by year,the types and models of household appliance products are increasingly diversified,at the same time,the user’s pursuit of product use experience is also constantly improving,therefore,the relationship between industrial design and user experience has become the basic requirements of design development.In this paper,the household juicer as the research object,the conceptual design process of the product has been systematically elaborated,including the in-depth study of users,technical systems,components,etc.The core content of the research is divided into four levels.First of all,based on the analysis of theoretical knowledge,the application process of the combination of AHP and TRIZ theory is constructed.Secondly,it focuses on the user demand index of juicer,and obtains the comprehensive weight of user demand by combining qualitative research with quantitative research,so as to obtain a new design direction.Then,based on the TRIZ theory to explore the system problems between the juicing unit parts,on the basis of the problems found,one by one to solve the motor temperature rise,tool safety risks and cup body cleaning problems,problem solving tools include contradiction analysis,scientific effect and effect knowledge base,material field analysis,invention problem solving algorithm,technical system evolution,etc.In addition,for the factors with high weight of user requirements,in addition to the relevant problems that can be solved by TRIZ theory,the idea of separating and studying related components is also adopted.The method of flow field analysis is used to divide experimental groups,simulate and analyze the fluid movement trend,and obtain a reasonable cup body and tool structure and apply it in the conceptual design stage of juicer.Finally,combined with the research results,the conceptual design of the product structure and technical system is further refined.Through the performance of the product sketch and renderings,three kinds of juicer conceptual design schemes are obtained.In order to evaluate the degree of user preference for the juicer conceptual design,several user samples were invited and set to evaluate the design scheme.The evaluation results were calculated and analyzed by the Chi-square test method,and finally the degree of user preference for the juicer conceptual design was obtained.The research content of this paper involves a variety of theoretical analysis,elaborated from the discovery of problems to solve the problem of the whole analysis process,for the relevant theories in the design of household appliances products to provide a certain reference and reference. |
