The Theory Conceptual Design Based On DAT+AD+TRIZ And The Application Of The Fixture Innovative Design

The fixture is one of the four essential mechanical tools for electrical productsmanufacturing (tools, fixtures, gauges, molds).30years since the reform and opening up,with the fixture industry developed rapidly, still the innovative design of fixture has todepend on the inspiration and experience of engineers, which caused the inefficiency ofdesign, and low success rate of product market. So for the companies, who might have theurgency to have a system theory for fixture innovative design, and break the existingtechnical barriers, and finally obtain the market for further competition. Therefore, toexpand the design of innovative fixture shows very important meaning and value.Based on the research as followings: the design cybernetics (DAT), the axiomaticdesign (AD), the inventive problem solving theory (TRIZ), and the virtual prototypingtechnology (ADAMS), according to the characteristics of the fixture concept innovativedesign, we try to construct " the conceptual innovative design model of fixtures based DAT+AD+TRIZ theory "and " the validate simulation model of fixtures based on ADAMS".We apply the Constructed theory to the U.S. market DIY manual fixture, get theconceptual innovative design and verify the concept by simulation.The main contents are summarized as follows:Chapter one: Introduction. We elaborate the topics Source and the researchsignificance, and the innovative design research method abroad, and the innovative designstatus quo of fixtures, finally, we propose main research content.Chapter two: Theoretical basis. We focus on the basic principles and methods of DAT,AD and TRIZ, then we analyze and sort the basic knowledge of fixtures, which providesthe theoretical foundation for the building of "the fixture conceptual innovative designmodel based DAT+AD+TRIZ theory" and "the fixture validate simulation model basedon ADAMS".Chapter three: The construction of the innovative design concept of theoretical fixturebased on DAT+AD+TRIZ."The theoretical concepts of design model based on DAT+AD+TRIZ" is the design methods targeted fixture concept, which is the organiccombination of DAT, AD and TRIZ. Meanwhile, the establishment of "the Simulation model based on ADAMS" could Shorten the cycle of concept verification, improve theefficiency of concept development.Chapter four: The fixture concept innovative design and application. To verify thepracticality and feasibility of "the creative design method of theoretical concept basedDAT+AD+TRIZ". Through the instance of " the fixture conceptual innovative Design",we could emphasize on the introduction of the design methods, procedures and techniquesbeneath the fixture conceptual innovative design process, which are inside the applicationof "the creative design method of theoretical concept based DAT+AD+TRIZ".Chapter five: The fixture simulation verification based on ADAMS. To verify thefeasibility of the model we built "the fixture concept design model based on the DAT+AD+TRIZ". We combine the fixture key specifications of conceptual plan, then solvefurther confirm the key parameters of the concept of scenario using friction angle and fullbuilding mapping method, finally, select the Pro_E to establish the3D models, analyze thesimulation above ADAMS, check whether or not the conceptual plan meet the requirementkey specifications.The main innovation topics:(1) Through the study and research on DAT, AD and TRIZ and ADAMS, according tothe innovative design features the fixture concept, we constructed "the theory fixtureconceptual based innovative design model DAT+AD+TRIZ" and "the fixture simulationverification model based on ADAMS."(2) Using the theory constructed, we conducted the conceptual innovative design forthe DIY manual fixture on the U.S. market, and verified the concept generated through theanalog simulation, confirmed that it is scientific and practical to build the model ofinnovative design approach.
