Chemical industry is the pillar industry of our country,which is closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and people's lives.Due to the continuous development of emerging industries,the traditional chemical industry is in a downward period,and the environment faced by chemical enterprises is worsening.Especially in recent years,many chemical enterprises have entered a period of low ebb.The competition of product homogeneity is serious.A large number of low-level chemical products are flooding the market.These problems have a great negative impact on the future development of chemical enterprises.In order to enhance their competitiveness,chemical enterprises should proceed from their own characteristics and improve their marketing strategies.On the one hand,they can enhance the competitiveness of their products,on the other hand,they can also enhance their operating efficiency and promote their overall development.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,comparative research and empirical analysis,and chooses Silicon Byco Chemical Company as the research object.It evaluates the marketing status of its chemical products in general.It puts forward the problems in marketing management of chemical products of Silicon Byco Chemical Company from the aspects of serious homogeneity of products,single pricing mode,small number of distributors and limited promotion scope.Combining marketing management theory and self-learning knowledge,this paper subdivides the chemical products market of Silicon Bike Chemical Company,locks the corresponding target market,finds out the market positioning of its own products,optimizes the marketing strategies of chemical products from the aspects of products,prices,channels and strategies,and finally optimizes the marketing team,builds enterprise culture and establishes scientific marketing.The corresponding safeguard measures are put forward in several aspects of the system.The research contents of this paper are mainly divided into the following parts:Firstly,the background and significance of the study are described in general,and the ideas of the whole article are grasped in general,so that they can better understand the content stated in the following text.The second part is the theoretical overview.This part begins with the related concepts and characteristics of chemical marketing,and gives a brief introduction to the major customer marketing theory,relationship marketing theory and channel marketing theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this article.The third part is about the present situation and problems of marketing strategy of barium sulfate products in Silicon Bike Company.The current situation of marketing strategy of barium sulfate products in Silicon Bike Company is analyzed from the aspects of product,price,channel and promotion,and the existing problems of marketing strategy of barium sulfate products in Silicon Bike Company are summarized.The fourth part is the marketing environment analysis of barium sulphate products in Silicon Bike Company.Based on PSET and SWOT analysis theory,the marketing environment of barium sulphate products in Silicon Bike Company is analyzed,and its potential opportunities,risks,advantages and disadvantages are summarized.The fifth part is to formulate the optimization strategy of the marketing of barium sulfate products of Silicon Biko Company.The market of barium sulfate products is subdivided and positioned by SPT theory.The strategy of marketing combination is used to formulate the strategy which is in line with the development of enterprises from the aspects of product,promotion,price and channel.The sixth part puts forward corresponding measures from the aspects of optimizing marketing team,building enterprise culture and establishing scientific marketing system.The seventh part is the conclusion of this paper.
