As the country’s basic industry,the chemical industry is one of the pillars to promote the development of the national economy.Chemical companies change the physical and chemical properties of raw materials and prepare materials to meet customer needs through physical methods such as dissolution,extraction,heating,cooling,and pressure reduction of organic and inorganic raw materials,or chemical methods such as oxidation,reduction,addition,and polymerization.After years of development in the chemical industry,the products cover chemical fertilizers,pesticides,daily chemicals,new materials,medicine,military industries and other fields related to national economy and people’s livelihood.At present,the reform has entered the deep-water area,the traditional chemical industry is facing the challenge of overcapacity,product homogeneity,and intensified market competition.In this situation,if chemical companies want to break through the bottleneck of development,gain more market share,and improve sales performance,they must change the development concept and,stand on the feet of customers and the market,consider marketing strategies as their bond between the two parties,pay more attention to the research and formulation of marketing strategies of enterprises,promote enterprises to carry out marketing activities effectively,gain development advantages in market games,so that to drive the transformation and upgrading of the entire chemical industry.The formulation of a good marketing strategy relies on a deep understanding of the market circumstance and customers,and a comprehensive acknowledgement of economic trends and domestic and foreign policies.It is an overall strategic behavior of an enterprise.The research on the marketing strategy and the implementation of corresponding measures are the only way for S Company to occupy market share and self-reformation to adapt to the market circumstance.For the entire chemical industry,it is of great guiding significance to eliminate excess and slack capacity,improve the quality of the industry’s development,and change the development model.This article is based on an analysis of macro-environmental and industry backgrounds,and through research on marketing strategy theories,combined with the company’s marketing models,find out the problems of strategic planning,marketing methods,personnel abilities,behavior systems,and information systems.In terms of product,price,channel,promotion,promote a combination strategy of S company’s marketing optimization,such as optimizing the organizational structure,adjusting the marketing assessment mechanism,standardizing the marketing management system,and establishing a talent training mechanism.Promote market-oriented,R&D driven,procurement and cost control,production and quality assurance,sales and market expansion,service stickiness,and marketing strategies from the perspective of the overall process management of marketing activities.The problems in S company’s marketing are not individual,which also exist for other chemical companies.They can also learn from the feasible solutions of S company’s marketing,strengthen their own research on marketing strategies,and take corresponding measures to change their development model and improve the quality of development.Strengthening market research and data analysis work of marketing department is the basis of marketing decision-making of the company,and the only way for S company to realize the transformation of chemical product brand from big to special to strong.Based on market research,this paper analyzes the marketing strategy.The development of marketing strategy analysis can not only describe the clear outline of S company in the industry,but also sensitively predict the future market trend and the company’s development direction.Set up a product manager,through the effective development of product management and market research work,formulate more in line with the requirements of social development of product types and marketing strategy model,better to help the operation of enterprises.Introducing 360-degree performance appraisal to promote scientific,rigorous and fair appraisal.Through the establishment of a learning organization,the professional quality of the individual and the professional management level of the marketing team are constantly improved.Only through learning can the marketing team move from extensive to intensive.By setting up a learning marketing team,it can also unleash the creativity among team members.The main innovation of this paper is to take the innovation of S company’s chemical product marketing strategy as the research object,analyze the existing problems and causes of S company’s chemical product business marketing,put forward the innovation orientation of S company’s marketing strategy from the perspective of information management,and carry out the innovation design of the marketing strategy.It can provide decision-making basis for S company’s marketing strategy innovation,and provide reference and enlightenment for China’s chemical product marketing.However,in terms of changing the market product model and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the whole market through the perfect combination of marketing,research and development,there is no more discussion.
