With the development of global economic integration,the internationalization of enterprises is becoming a general trend.Under the guidance of the initiatives of “One Belt and One Road”,more and more enterprises go abroad for international management.China’s dyestuff enterprises are facing the upgrading of domestic environmental protection and safety supervision,and the dyestuff consumption market is transferring from domestic to foreign.How to implement or optimize the international business strategy is an urgent problem to be solved.LS is the pioneer of international operation of China’s dyestuff industry.It was the earliest company to implement international strategy,explore the international market,established joint ventures and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in foreign countries.LS has accumulated rich experience in the process of international business strategy,but at this stage,the international business activities of its main business are stagnating.Its international business strategy needs further adjustment and optimization.In view of the problems about internationalization strategy faced by the dye industry and LS,this paper takes LS as the research case,uses the theory of corporate strategy and internationalization strategy,and uses PEST tools,data analysis methods and SWOT tools to analyze the macro environment of dyestuff industry’s internationalization operation and the current situation of enterprises’ internationalization operation in the industry,and identify the problems of international business operations in the industry.The typical case of LS’s early international operation was studied in stages,and its internationalization path experience was summarized to provide staged benchmarking for other enterprises in China’s dye industry.This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems in the international operation of LS at the present stage,redesigns and optimizes its international operation strategy,clarifies that LS should firmly adhere to the strategic direction of international operation,implement the overall development strategy.LS also should integrate the resources within the enterprise;build a unified R&D and sales platform.LS has to consolidate the international strategic alliance,cultivate core competitiveness through scientific and technological innovation,adopt diversified business management and carry out local management.Through these strategies,LS can respond to domestic pressures and new changes in the international market,maintain industry leadership and achieve sustainable development.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of organization structure,capital,transnational culture,human resources,information network and risk assessment when LS carries out its international business strategy.
