Rsearch On The Risk Control Of Chinese Enterprises Internationalization

Since the implementation of the "going out" strategy in China,the pace of internationalization of Chinese enterprises has been significantly accelerated.The scale of foreign direct investment and overseas financing has expanded year by year.As China's enterprises realize the importance of international business and go out of the country.There are a variety of failure cases due to the risk uncontrol.The China Aviation Oil Singapore went bankrupt in 2004 owing to speculative futures trading.In 2008,Shanghai Automotive failed to purchase Ssangyong Motor.In 2008,HUAWEI was forced to abandon the acquisition of US 3COM company.The equity contention between Vanke Group and Baoneng Group in 2015.From the beginning of 2014,Shanshui Cement's equity contention came to an end until now.There are many failing cases during the internationalization of enterprise.These cases are warning Chinese enterprises which are going abord.If they want to do a good job of enterprise internationalization operation,it is time for them to make the relevant risk management.In the current form,whether Chinese enterprises can gain a competitive advantage in the process of internationalization depends on whether the enterprise can pay attention to the risks encountered in the process of internationalization.This paper is based on domestic and foreign research of enterprise internationalization risk theory.At first,analyze the influence factors of enterprise internationalization by comprehensive using of literature analysis method,field survey method and case study method from the international perspective.Then analyze the strategic choice and advance in the process of internationalization of Shandong Shanshui Cement Group following three dimensions.The dimensions are natural characteristics,management ability and resource capacity,respectively.It clarifies the logical relationship between the operation process of enterprises in the process of internationalization and the micro risks encountered in operation.The author summarizes the special risks and feasible measures in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises.Based on the perspective of Chinese characteristics,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to avoid and prevent various micro risks in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises.
