JX Copper Group Company(hereinafter referred to as JX Copper)was founded in July 1979.After 40 years of gradual development,it has become a leader in the domestic copper smelting industry.As a leader in the industry,a company's primary task is often to maintain its own stability,control risks,and consolidate its market position.The expansion enterprise development strategy is bound to be accompanied by risks.Why does JX Copper choose this enterprise strategy at this stage?In the copper smelting industry such a high saturation,incremental market,how to plan its implementation path?Based on the above two questions,in addition to the hope of the strategic evaluation to find out the existing shortcomings,and to provide a few personal views of feasible improvement,the author created this paper.his paper focuses on the specific case of JX Copper expansion strategy,collects relevant information on the spot,analyzes the reasons for JX copper expansion in combination with the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and analyzes the implementation path planned by the expansion strategy in detail.In order to be clear,the implementation path is divided into four aspects:expansion of resource reserve,expansion of capacity scale,expansion of business field and internationalization.Subsequently,the strategy was evaluated from the four aspects of consistency,coordination,superiority and feasibility,and the improvement scheme was proposed according to the existing defects,which were divided into four parts:organizational form,management mode,innovation system and human resource mechanism.Through the above analysis,four main conclusions can be drawn,including the reasons for JX Copper to choose the expansion strategy,the types of expansion strategy implemented,the evaluation of the strategy and the improvements that can be made.After the conclusion,the author also introduces several personal prospects and think that the paper has shortcomings.In general,the author believes that the case of JX Copper's expansion strategy is of good reference significance for the future development of large state-owned enterprises in the same or different industries...
