With the continuous participation and integration of China’s economy into the global economic development,the development of China’s manufacturing industry has increasingly entered the international market.Among many Chinese companies going abroad,Fuyao Group,as the main supplier and technology leader of global automotive glass,occupies an important market share in the international market.The rapid development of the automobile industry also makes its influence in the international market grow day by day.Such remarkable achievements in Fuyao’s international development cannot be achieved without its international strategic decision.Fuyao Group from a small township factory in 1987 to the global market,its internationalization process is quite characteristics and significance of The Times.Although its internationalization strategy is a single case,it is closely related to the management of transnational corporations,the economic trends of China and the United States,and even the current internationalization process of global transnational corporations.In this paper,we hope to explore the internationalization road of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,the internationalization strategy of Fuyao Group is studied,and the research results of enterprise internationalization strategy are summarized based on relevant literature.On the basis of introducing the basic situation of Fuyao Group and its internationalization development process,the environment,risks and motivations of Fuyao Group’s internationalization are analyzed.It is found that the motivation of Fuyao Group’s internationalization mainly includes finding new customers and markets,using overseas resources and channels,avoiding the restrictions of trade barriers,and extending the life cycle of products.In this paper,the internationalization strategy of Fuyao Group is analyzed in detail from the perspective of horizontal space and vertical time combined with the SWOT analysis method.The internationalization evaluation index system of enterprise is used to evaluate the effect of the internationalization strategy of Fuyao Group by quantitative method,which shows that the internationalization strategy of Fuyao Glass has achieved phased success.Finally,this paper discusses the enlightenment of the successful practice of Fuyao Group to the choice of future internationalization route for Chinese enterprises. |
