In recent years,affected by China's economic transformation and upgrading,the development prospect of engineering survey and design industry is changing with each passing day.The space of new technology and new knowledge in the industry is also expanding.Meanwhile,the talent competition between industries is becoming increasingly fierce.As the most active and potential production factor in the industry,knowledge workers have become the strategic resource for survey and design companies to gain competitive advantages.A set of perfect stimulate mechanism can help enterprises effectively attract,retain and motivate knowledge staff,and can improve the market competitiveness of China's survey and design enterprises.Based on this background,this paper studies the stimulate mechanism of Knowledge staff in Y Exploration and Design Institute.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status at home and abroad and expounds the related theories of the Knowledge staff and Stimulate mechanism.The research content is determined and specific research methods are found.After summarizing and sorting out the research data of scholars,the author finds out that the stimulate factors of knowledge employees in the Exploration and Design Institutes in China are mainly salary stimulate,assessment stimulate,promotion and development stimulate,training and development stimulate and spiritual stimulate.Then take the Y Exploration and Design Institute's knowledge staff as the research object,introduced the design institute's basic situation of stimulate mechanism.After collecting data and understanding the status quo,the knowledge workers were surveyed and interviewed.After analyzing the survey results,it is found that the main problem is the poor salary stimulate.Limited performance stimulates;Monotonous promotion channels;Lack of stimulate for training development;Poor cultural environment.Find out the specific reasons of these problems by combining theory with practice,clarify the improvement principles,and then put forward the improvement measures to optimize the compensation stimulate mechanism,improve the performance system,improve the promotion mechanism,improve the training system and create a harmonious humanistic environment.Meanwhile,it also puts forward the implementation guarantee measures from three aspects.Finally,a new stimulate mechanism suitable for knowledge employees in the Y Exploration and Design Institute is obtained.This paper enriches the research on stimulate mechanism of the Knowledge staff in China and provides reference for the improvement of stimulate measures of other survey and design enterprises.
