As the major link and bridge between employees and organizations,remuneration is highly concerned by organizations,employees and society.In an enterprise organization with the right of deciding remuneration policy independently,that is the core content of the organization management to make the salary plan and keep matching the level,structure and fairness of the salary with the ability,contribution and value of the employees.Actually,both the theory and practice of remunerating management have proved that the scientific,rationality and incentive of a remuneration system will have an extensive impact on the behavior and performance of employees.As a result,almost all organizations keep optimizing and improving their remuneration programs with the times,making the system a real prod and value respect.In the Chengda’s development that constantly tries to achieve the purpose of effective development of HR by improving management,there are still some bottlenecks which have a certain impact on attracting,motivating and retaining talents.Therefore,this paper takes the company as the studying object,the employee compensation as the studying subject,by a basic logic of "finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",summarizes its existing problems,and advise some specific optimized solutions on the basis of analyzing the existing system of the company.Meanwhile,this paper discusses the measures and guarantee for implementing the optimized system.This paper focuses on making the remuneration plan of the Chengda more reasonable,fair to reflect the real incentive on excellent employees. |
