| With the development of social economy,people growing demand for personalized,decorative paint consumption,traditional coatings enterprises items relative to a single,MTS production type,chasing type production strategy and limited to the characteristics of the enterprise internal resources have been unable to meet for a variety of needs of the market,more and more enterprises have to turn to MTO、ATO production type.The ability to respond to orders in time and deliver quickly has become as important a competitive indicator as quality and cost.The ability to respond to orders in time and deliver quickly depends on the production plan.Scientific and reasonable production plan can make full use of the internal and external resources of the enterprise,which can not only meet the demands of customers for timely delivery,but also meet the needs of low-cost operation and management,so as to improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.The aggregate production plan is at the core of the planning system,undertaking long-term plans at the strategic level up and short-term plans at the operational level down.Aggregate production plan is a medium-term programmatic plan,a reasonable aggregate production plan can help enterprises to prevent and solve the resource bottleneck of short-term production plan in advance,to ensure timely delivery.At the same time,in the medium level to help enterprises in the context of resource constraints,balance the elements of resources,to find the cost of the most economic,acceptable enterprise production plan solution.Based on literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis and other research methods,this paper takes the top 40 coating companies in the world,the first domestic coating brand and the listed company--N coating company as the research object.The research is carried out from the following six parts: the first part is the introduction,which briefly describes the history and current situation of the aggregate production plan research at home and abroad.The second part is a theoretical study,which mainly includes the production type and planning system framework of manufacturing enterprises.It analyzes the relationship between the aggregate production plan and the supply chain.The third part is the problem research.Combined with the product production and demand characteristics of N coating company,applied relevant theoretical knowledge and collected and sorted data to analyze and diagnose the current situation and problems of production planning management of N coating company;The fourth part is countermeasure research.Usingqualitative and quantitative methods,including constraint theory and aggregate production planning method,this paper proposes improvement measures from the aspects of basic business planning and aggregate production planning tools.The fifth part is effect research.It mainly uses qualitative method and aggregate production plan simulation scheme to compare the data before and after implementation and analyze and demonstrate the effect of countermeasures after implementation;The sixth part summarizes the research results,explains the shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to the future research direction.This paper is a combination of the aggregate production plan and the production plan practice of coatings manufacturing enterprises.This paper tries to solve the practical problems in N coating company’s production plan from the middle level.The plan-related theories,tools and methods used in the research are not only conducive to the improvement of production plans of coatings manufacturing enterprises,but also can provide certain references for the optimization of production plans of other MTO and ATO manufacturing enterprises. |
