Therefore, to solve the problem mining under the building have important meaning to develop coal science and technology and to coal production no matter on theoretics, on technology or on economy.This paper described the current situation that the mining under the village was applied home and abroad, put forward the existing problem, reviewed the method of optimizing, listed the design methods of optimizing of mining plan that were in common use now, introduced mining technology under the village from those three aspects, the reinforce and repair of ground building, raining and filling measure of reducing the earth's surface move and deformation. On the base of this, structured the optimum model for the mining plan under the village according to the earth's surface move's impact on ground building and its different destruction degree. Having the task of Aiyou mine as the instance to examine the scheme optimizing, referred to geological conditions of Aiyou mine, consulted relevant materials, surveyed on the spot, processed the data through the corresponding application software, examined all feasible schemes, in order to confirm more excellent mining plan, then utilized the expenses - benefit analytic approach to carry on economic evaluation for the plan, made it base on the premise that exploit with smaller influence degree on the building, exploiting storing mine as much as possible, reach the aim that the coal mining rate is biggest, economy is rational, benefit is optimum. |
