| This paper apply the method of systems engineering on the research of the selection and argumentation of new processing about change of the development haulage of LanShan-YingPanShan-XuJiaShan stope.lt made the research course and steps for development haulage of open pit first, designed several plans with CAD, took these plans as basic data, and then determined the optical plan with the method of decision-making analysis.In the research of this paper, the operation research method, such as lineal plan and decision-making model, was applied to solve the knotty problem that can not be solve by normal way. Parameters of haulage produced by static analysis were verified by compute dynamic simulation. The change of development haulage system was studied for the case of stope coming into mid-deep state, the operating scale of stope, the processing of stripping and mining, the plan of dumping was optimized. The studying achievement has high values of theoretics and economic effictiveness, and could give a reality guide for PanZhiHua Iron & Steel Group Mining Co.
