A Study Of Rural Environmental Communication From The Perspective Of Mobilization Theory

In recent years,environmental problems in rural areas have become increasingly prominent,environmental pollution in some areas have seriously affected people’s production and life.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of Rural Revitalization was put forward,and specific guidance was put forward for the construction of beautiful villages.The improvement of rural environment is also imminent.Due to the vast area and obvious regional differences in China,the outstanding environmental problems faced by different regions are different.In the process of environmental governance,effective governance should be carried out according to the situation of the region.In this process,the dissemination of environmental policies,the output of environmental ideas,the improvement of residents’ awareness and the ultimate practice participation are inseparable from administrative mobilization and media communication.Based on the field survey of environmental communication in rural areas,this paper analyzes the village structure of the survey site from the aspects of regional natural environment and social environment,the type of village layout and the characteristics of village social structure,and combs the origin of the mobilization of environmental problems in H town from two aspects of national policy mobilization and environmental problems in the process of living and production.This paper reviews the main environmental issues involved in the process of H town environmental communication,and analyzes the forms and means of administrative mobilization and media mobilization from the perspective of social mobilization.By analyzing the data of the field survey and combining with the interview content,this paper analyzes the level of environmental awareness and participation of environmental behavior of rural residents.Finally,the problems in the process of environmental communication in rural areas are summarized:First,the participation of residents is insufficient;second,there is a lack of professional environmental communication talents;third,the communication content is not comprehensive;fourth,the communication channels need to be expanded;fifth,the information feedback mechanism is not perfect.In view of the deficiencies in the process of environmental communication in rural areas,four suggestions are put forward: first,give full play to the role of residents as the main body;second,strengthen the construction of professional communication talents;third,improve the content of environmental communication;fourth,integrate media communication;fifth,establish a feedback mechanism of residents’ information.
