Ecological agriculture is an important way to transform traditional agriculture into modern agriculture, and it is the basis for realizing green development of agriculture and sustainable development of China's economy. In the 1980 s,Fujian Province took the lead in carrying out the pilot work of ecological agriculture. Its ecological agriculture has a certain scale and accumulated a lot of valuable experience in promoting the construction of ecological agriculture. However, due to the small per capita arable land area, the contradiction between people and land is still relatively sharp, the scale of ecological agriculture is small, and agricultural non-point source pollution still exists. In the context of the current era of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization,in order to win the fight against poverty, the "contamination of pollution prevention and control",effectively solve the "three rural issues",strengthen the construction of ecological agriculture, improve the quality of ecological agriculture, and improve modern agriculture. The level of green development has important historical significance for promoting economic prosperity, social progress and the improvement of residents' quality of life in Fujian Province. This paper combs the research literature related to eco-agriculture at home and abroad.Based on the theory of sustainable development and the theory of industrial competitiveness, this paper summarizes the development status of ecological agriculture in Fujian Province and points out the problems faced by the development of ecological agriculture in Fujian Province.A qualitative analysis of the factors affecting the competitiveness of ecological agriculture in Fujian Province was carried out by using the diamond model of Porter.Based on the diamond model,an evaluation index system for ecological agriculture competitiveness including five indicators and 21 secondary indicators was constructed.Based on the statistical data of 31 provinces and regions in2016,the principal component analysis method and BP neural network analysis method were used to comprehensively evaluate the eco-agricultural competitiveness of provinces and regions across the country. The results show that: First,China's ecological agriculture is developing at a higherlevel at this stage. The comparative focus of ecological agriculture has shifted from the comparison of ecological agricultural production factors to the comparison of ecological agriculture-related enterprises and supporting industries. The comparison of the market demand scale of agricultural products;Secondly, the competitiveness of ecological agriculture in Fujian Province is in the middle position in the country, the competitiveness level of eco-agriculture-related enterprises, the government's investment level in ecological agriculture, and the development level of related and supporting industries.Certain competitiveness, and the level of demand for ecological agricultural products and the level of production factors for ecological agriculture are relatively weak, which is quite different from that of strong ecological agriculture. Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the development of ecological agriculture in Fujian Province,we should increase the control of the ecological environment, further optimize the production factors of ecological agriculture, improve the standardization of the ecological product market, effectively stimulate the market demand for ecological agricultural products, and supplement the development of ecological agriculture.Short-term,promote the development of the entire industrial chain of ecological agriculture;strengthen the legislative work related to ecological agriculture, and improve the legal system framework of ecological agriculture.
