Study On Satisfaction Of Ecological Poverty Alleviation In Ningde From The Perspective Of Farmers

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,Comrade Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization and put forward the rejuvenation requirements of "industrial prosperity","ecological livability" and "prosperity of life" in rural areas.As an important way and means of precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation,ecological poverty alleviation and ecological environmental protection are integrated into a coordinated system,which is of great significance to ecological poverty alleviation and ecological prosperity in underdeveloped areas of China,and to rural revitalization.As the direct beneficiaries of ecological poverty alleviation,farmers have the most say in the implementation of ecological poverty alleviation.Therefore,under the background of rural rejuvenation,it is necessary to integrate satisfaction theory with ecological poverty alleviation and explore the development of ecological poverty alleviation in Ningde from the perspective of farmers.Based on PPE theory and satisfaction theory,this paper builds a satisfaction model of ecological poverty alleviation in Ningde City from the perspective of farmers,according to the basic situation of poverty alleviation and ecological poverty alleviation in Ningde City and the sample data of 239 effective farmers.It takes public expectation andecological poverty alleviation performance as causal variables,perceived quality of ecological poverty alleviation as intermediary variable,and satisfaction of ecological poverty alleviation.As a result variable,SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 are used to carry out confirmatory factor analysis,and the following basic conclusions are drawn:(1)Public expectation and performance of ecological poverty alleviation have significant positive correlation with the perceived quality of ecological poverty alleviation,in which the path coefficient of public expectation on the perceived quality of ecological poverty alleviation is 0.518,and public expectation has a greater impact on the perceived quality of ecological poverty alleviation;(2)Ecological support.Poverty performance and perceived quality of ecological poverty alleviation have significant positive correlation with satisfaction degree of ecological poverty alleviation.The path coefficient of perceived quality of ecological poverty alleviation to satisfaction degree of ecological poverty alleviation is 0.789,compared with the path coefficient of ecological poverty alleviation performance is 0.327.The impact of perceived quality of ecological poverty alleviation on satisfaction degree of ecological poverty alleviation is greater than that of ecological poverty alleviation performance to satisfaction degree of ecological poverty alleviation;(3)perceived quality of ecological poverty Quality plays a part of mediating effect on the satisfaction model of ecological poverty alleviation amongfarmers.(4)There are 17 items in this study.There are no significant differences between poor and non-poor households in 15 items.According to the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for Ningde's ecological poverty alleviation,in order to better promote the coordinated development of Ningde's ecology and economy from the perspective of farmers,and transform "green water and green hills" into "Jinshan and Yinshan" :(1)accelerate the development of rural agricultural infrastructure,improve the perceived quality of ecological poverty alleviation;(2)promote the construction of agricultural modernization and improve the performance of ecological poverty alleviation;(3)Increase investment in ecological poverty alleviation funds to promote public expectations;(4)Do a good job in propaganda of ecological poverty alleviation and enhance farmers' awareness of active participation.
