The continuous improvement of social economy is inseparable from the vigorous development of manufacturing industry.As the core technology of modern manufacturing technology,numerical control technology is an important way to accelerate the industrialization development and improve the comprehensive national strength of all countries in the world.The major of numerical control technology application in secondary vocational school aims to cultivate high-quality workers and technical skilled talents who have good professional ethics and professional quality,master the necessary knowledge and skills for the corresponding professional posts of the major,and can engage in the work related to numerical control industry.As one of the core courses of this major,the current teaching situation of CNC turning of mechanical parts still has disadvantages.In order to achieve better teaching effect,the research of "integration of theory and practice" course development is urgent.This curriculum development is jointly completed with Changchun Ruisi CNC Technology Co.,Ltd.The innovation is to establish a new curriculum standard combining with vocational skills with ability as the main line;to combine teaching content with production practice so that students’ learning is relatively connected with the needs of enterprises;and to combine process assessment and centralized assessment so as to carry out all-round evaluation and assessment on students.In terms of research content,firstly,this paper defines the background and significance of the research,summarizes the research status at home and abroad with the method of literature research,defines the core concepts in the research,expounds the theoretical basis and guiding significance of the curriculum development of "integrationof theory and practice",and finds that the current teaching of the school is not suitable for learning through the investigation and analysis of three secondary vocational schools and three enterprises in Jilin Province In order to break through the obstacles in teaching,we should carry out the curriculum development of "integration of theory and practice" of NC turning of mechanical parts in secondary vocational schools,establish new curriculum standards,and take the five stages of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching conditions,teaching process and curriculum evaluation as the main content of the curriculum development;Finally,the teaching design is carried out based on the integrated part machining examples in the course of mechanical parts NC turning,and the application of "integration of theory and practice" in the course of mechanical parts NC turning is explained in detail.
