Abstract/Summary:
The existing curriculum construction has not been able to meet manufacturing enterprise’s criterion of CNC turning machining skilled personnel.Choosing teaching materials is the important basis and essential step for constructing CNC turning machining curriculum.Making full use of curriculum development and construction based on systemic working process,this thesis transforms related knowledge,ability,quality required by job into teaching materials,which reconstructing knowledge system on the basis of learning situation,building distinct structure for developing teaching materials and supporting for accomplishing training objectives.Solutions are put forward in this study after researching current construction of secondary vocational school’s CNC turning machining curriculum,analyzing problems of teaching materials,methods and aids.By holding seminars and communicating with technical management personnel,skilled employees of enterprise and specialized teachers of secondary vocational school,combing on-the-spot investigation,literature search and other methods,this thesis summarizes and condenses typical tasks characterized with position skills which are transformed into teaching materials of CNC turning machining curriculum.Teaching plan is designed and assessment method adjusted to processing and testing is proposed by taking working process of news,plan,decision,implementation,test and evaluation as the basis and considering study circumstances.By applying research achievements condensed from literature search,interview and investigation,questionnaire survey,etc.and targeting at the problems of students’ inadequate ability development and quality cultivation,knowledge points of curriculumare reconstructed and optimized and secondary vocational school’s CNC turning machining curriculum is established based on systemic working process.It has been put into teaching practice in machine tool major(orientation on turning)of secondary vocational school’s level in Affiliated Technical School of Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences.Comparing teaching effect of experimental and traditional classes,characteristic of cultivating secondary vocational school’s skilled professionals is highlighted in the field of CNC turning machining curriculum.Students’ enthusiasm and study effect is improved significantly.
