Food is not only the most basic food, but also the basic raw material for making and producing other food.Food security has a vital impact on our life and the stable development of our society,so it is very important to ensure food security. However,in the investigation,we found that there are the following problems in food situation detection: less functional items of system food situation detection, low level of system intelligence, food quality problems have not reached the ideal expectation, and food situation data cannot be comprehensively used Analyze and forecast the change trend of grain situation. Therefore,it is necessary to design a grain situation monitoring and safety early warning system to meet the grain storage standards by means of information technology.Based on the theme of food situation monitoring and safety early warning, this paper combines the system development framework and related technologies, and implements research on early warning functions to design and implement a food situation monitoring and safety warning system. The research work of this paper consists of the following parts:(1)Investigated before designing the system, combined with user needs, designed and implemented the server and client, using Web Service technology as the server framework in the server design, and using SSM(Spring,Spring MVC,MyBatis)as the client design Client framework. The client in this article consists of five core modules: the food condition detection module, timing monitoring module, ventilation control module, historical data traceability module, and user setting module.(2)Based on the analysis of the functional requirements and technical requirements of the system, the status of grain storage was investigated, and a system with high stability, easy expansion, and high interoperability was designed and implemented. In the development of the server, the server is divided into three layers, and the design is based on the "divide and conquer" design concept.Based on the client development, the information exchange technology and data interaction format of the communication between the server and the client are analyzed. And compare them. The server and client use HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol)protocol and HTTPS(HTTP over TLS / SSL)protocol for information exchange, that is,use the HTTPS protocol to encrypt data transmission to ensure the secure transmission of system information. The use of JSON as the data interaction format greatly simplifies the development of the server and the client,is easy to read and write, and occupies a small bandwidth.(3)In the process of grain storage, the temperature and humidity of storage environment is very important for grain storage. Therefore, this paper studies the early warning of grain situation, uses the decision tree(C4.5 algorithm)to predict the storage environment, constructs the stage temperature and humidity prediction model, realizes the requirement of early warning before reaching the temperature threshold, and compares it with ID3 and cart algorithm, with accuracy and accuracy It is verified that the C4.5 algorithm selected in this paper can achieve the expected idea.In the food condition monitoring and early warning system designed in this paper, the client and server run stably and efficiently, the code structure is clear and reasonable, and it is easy to expand in future use.The interface design is convenient for users, providing a low cost for food storage Grain situation monitoring and safety early warning system with high intelligence and simple operation. Therefore, the system designed in this paper improves the current problems in grain condition detection and has application value in future use.
