Regions are one of the central issues in geographic research.Considering the coal mine safety situation in a region from the perspective of regional coal mines is helpful to gather information and maximize its utilization.This paper takes the coal mines under the jurisdiction of each coal mine safety supervision sub-bureau as the research object,analyses the regional coal mine safety situation and early warning index system,constructs the multi-source information fusion security situation analysis and early warning model,and puts forward the accident early warning technology and management system.Firstly,the statistics of coal mine accidents at home and abroad are collected,and the regional differences of coal mine accidents are analyzed.It is of great significance to study the safety situation from the regional perspective.The mechanism of regional coal mine disasters is studied and analyzed,and the safety factors that may cause coal mine accidents are analyzed with fishbone diagram and accident mode theory,and the mechanism of coal mine disasters is concluded.Secondly,the concept of "Regional Coal Mine Safety System" is put forward,and personnel,equipment,environment and management are constructed as subsystems.The characteristics,internal mechanism and constraints of subsystems are analyzed.On the basis of situation analysis and early warning index system and technical means analysis established by predecessors,the existing problems of the two are put forward,which lays a foundation for the establishment of index system in the following chapters and the research of early warning technology.Thirdly,according to the established regional coal mine safety system,combined with domestic and foreign research literature and data acquisition difficulty,and synthesizing expert opinions,the regional coal mine safety situation analysis and early warning index system is constructed,and 13 evaluation indicators are determined.Combined with the information entropy method with objective evaluation characteristics,the index system is optimized,and finally five evaluation indexes are determined,and the weight of the index is determined by AHP method.Finally,referring to the concept of information fusion in military field,a regional coal mine safety situation analysis and early warning system is established,and a three-tier data fusion model is constructed.The data level is fused by Grobes-Bayesian estimation method,the feature level is fused by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the decision level is fused by D-S evidence theory.The final fusion results are used to analyze the regional coal mine safety situation.According to the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" to determine the early warning level and threshold,establish a prediction and early warning mechanism based on GRNN generalized regression neural network,and put forward the corresponding management countermeasures and measures.
