During the construction of the petrochemical tower,the safety of the work in the restricted space inside the tower is closely related to the environment,requiring real-time monitoring of the oxygen content,temperature and humidity of the restricted space,and promptly alarming when the parameters exceed the range.The petrochemical tower limited space environment automatic monitoring and alarm system,which integrates real-time collection of environmental parameters,wireless remote data transmission and remote centralized monitoring and alarm functions,is an urgently needed equipment in the petrochemical industry.This article was commissioned by Sinopec to develop an automatic monitoring and alarm system for the restricted space environment,including the development of handheld terminals that integrate environmental parameter detection,personnel tower and floor positioning,and alarm functions,build wireless communication networks,and develop remote centralized monitoring platforms.The portable handheld terminal completes the three parts of the function of detecting the temperature,humidity and oxygen content in the tower,the positioning of the construction tower and floor where the constructor is located,and the alarm.For each part of the function,the hardware circuit and embedded software are designed.The information communication between the handheld terminal and the remote monitoring center is realize by the Lo Ra and 4G hybrid wireless communication net.The monitoring and alarm software of the monitoring platform is based on the C # and adopts a modular design to achieve data acquisition,data processing,data display,security alarm and database storage.In order to improve the intelligent level of automatic monitoring of construction safety in confined spaces,based on the research on environmental monitoring and alarms,a research on the early warning mechanism of construction safety based on the ID3 decision tree algorithm is conducted.The early warning is realized by historical data of the environmental safety status of petrochemical towers,and further improve the guarantee level of construction safety.The performance of the data acquisition terminal and wireless network communication are tested.The temperature and humidity and oxygen content detection performance of the data acquisition terminal were tested and evaluated.The positioning accuracy of the positioning unit was tested.The performance of the hybrid wireless communication network was tested.The reliability of the data transmission was tested.The test results show that the designed petrochemical tower construction safety wireless monitoring and alarm system has good environmental detection performance,stable and reliable network operation,and can meet the requirements of petrochemical tower construction safety monitoring.The proposed early warning mechanism lays the foundation for the subsequent research of the system.
