With the progress of the times,production enterprises are constantly facing more intense market competition and challenges.Because of the influence of traditional ideas,domestic production enterprises often only pay attention to production,not to equipment management,resulting in frequent equipment failures,maintenance personnel have been in a "fire" state,and the production efficiency of enterprises is low.Under such circumstances,some scholars have proved through theoretical research and practice that TPM(Total Production and Maintenance)plays an obvious role in improving equipment management level,production efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.TPM is a widely used equipment management mode in the world.The most prominent feature of TPM is the participation of all staff,active cooperation,and awareness of self-conscious maintenance of equipment to achieve continuous improvement,continuous improvement of equipment operation efficiency,continuous reduction of equipment defects,and continuous improvement of production efficiency.As an aluminium anode manufacturer,MZAS has introduced many advanced production equipment,which has effectively improved production efficiency and product quality.However,there are many shortcomings in equipment management,which restrict the improvement of product quality and equipment operation efficiency.The contradiction between backward equipment management level and advanced equipment has become the main contradiction of enterprise management.In this context,this paper combines the actual situation of MZAS company,analyzes the existing problems of equipment management in our company,and solves these problems by introducing TPM activities.The first part of this paper describes the background and significance of this topic,the research status of TPM at home and abroad,as well as the contents and methods of this paper;the second part focuses on the theoretical basis and concepts of TPM;the third part focuses on the status quo of equipment management of MZAS Company and the problems of equipment management;the fourth part focuses on the problems of equipment management.This paper introduces the overall plan design and development of TPM activities,that is,according to the characteristics of MZAS,introducing TPM concepts,starting with relevant knowledge training and setting up TPM leadership group,carrying out 6S activities in an all-round way,rationalizing suggestion activities,Visualizing Management activities,improving self-maintenance system and professional maintenance system,and implementing TPM.Summarize the effect of TPM activities implemented by MZAS company,which is divided into tangible effect and intangible effect.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of the study.Through the analysis and research of TPM implementation in MZAS,this paper considers that the implementation of TPM activities is conducive to improving the level of enterprise equipment management.At the same time,the theoretical and practical experience of TPM implementation in MZAS also has certain reference significance for other branch companies and other enterprises in the industry to implement TPM activities.
