Application And Optimization Of TPM Management Theory In HX Coal Preparation Enterprise

In recent years,with the continuous industrial optimization and adjustment in China,the proportion of coal in energy is gradually reduced.In addition,from the perspective of green and healthy development and sustainable development,the state has launched many environmental protection policies,which make the coal industry face many difficulties,and the operation status of some coal enterprises is not optimistic.As the downstream of the coal industry,coal processing enterprises also face the double pressure of reducing the amount of washing and improving the environmental protection facilities.In order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition environment,only by striving to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost,can the enterprises stand out among many coal enterprises.In the coal preparation plant with high degree of automation,it is an important way to reduce cost and improve efficiency to reduce equipment failure and improve equipment utilization.Most domestic production and processing enterprises still adopt the management method of equipment post maintenance.This passive maintenance system does not change the equipment failure rate,but often makes maintenance personnel tired of coping with it.TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)is a kind of equipment management mode which is widely used by domestic enterprises in recent years.It has achieved remarkable results in reducing equipment failure and improving equipment utilization rate through the management concept of guiding all employees to participate in and continuously improve.This paper takes the application of TPM in HX coal preparation plant as a case study,introduces the process of TPM promotion in the enterprise,analyzes the problems existing in TPM promotion,and puts forward a series of improvement measures.First of all,this paper describes the research background,purpose,significance and methods,and makes a lot of explanations for the research status at home and abroad;secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis of TPM,It includes the relevant basis and content of TPM;the third part introduces the current situation of equipment management in HX coal preparation plant,and then focuses on the promotion process of TPM in HX coal preparation plant,including the gradual promotion of 6S activities,independent maintenance,professional preservation and proposal improvement,and analyzes the effect of implementation;the fourth part points out the many problems existing in the implementation of TPM management in HX coal preparation plant,and points out that Several improvement measures are put forward,including improving the concept of equipment management,improving the performance appraisal system,improving the training proposal and rationalizing the improvement proposal,etc;the fifth part puts forward some optimization measures in the continuous promotion of TPM management;finally,the overall effect of implementing TPM in enterprises is summarized.With the effective application of TPM management method in coal processing industry,advanced equipment management concept will gradually replace the traditional equipment management mode,and bring new vitality for enterprises to reduce production costs and improve economic benefits.
