The Research And Application Of X Coal Mine Enterprise Equipment Management Based On Total Productive Maintenance Theory

The equipment in the enterprise is the main material and technology basis for production.The level of production efficiency,the cost of production,and the quality of production are all closely related to the level of equipment management.Therefore,good equipment management is an integral part of enterprise management.Especially in the coal mining enterprises of our country.Due to coal mining enterprises of our country for a long time,as a capital and labor intensive enterprise,affected by extensive operations and product economy,coupled with poor on-site operating conditions,complex geological conditions,low personnel quality,and other factors,it had led to the contradiction between the backward equipment management and the increasingly prominent mechanization level of coal mining enterprises,resulting in many coal mining enterprises equipment downtime,high probability of miscarriage,and poor economic returns.TPM management is an effective means to optimize the equipment management system and improve the efficiency of coal mine enterprises.Based on the field investigation of X coal mine enterprise equipment management,this paper studies the management system suitable for X coal mine enterprise equipment,guide the company staff on-site to effectively carry out equipment management,and improve the enterprise equipment management level.Specifically,the research work in this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)in view of the problem of loose equipment,poor efficiency and low efficiency in the field equipment management system,the equipment maintenance system of X coal mine based on TPM is built under the precondition of on-site equipment management analysis,so as to effectively guide the field work.(2)Based on the problems encountered in field equipment management,combined with the TPM management system,improved the on-site equipment management organization,carried out TPM equipment management-related activities,such as 5S,proposal improvement,one point lessen and finding " six Source" activities have stimulated the enthusiasm of all employees to actively participate and improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance.(3)Implementation of key technologies for TPM equipment management,maintenance of autonomous maintenance,professional maintenance and emergency maintenance,optimization of equipment checklists,creation of equipment maintenance information cards and equipment maintenance records,development of equipment maintenance processes and standardization of departments Responsibilities of the company and the company,and at the same time carry out talent cultivation activities to upgrade the level of equipment management personnel at the site so that the equipment is always in good technical condition.
