In recent years,with the development of China’s economy,the demand for basic chemical products has increased year by year,and the production scale of many enterprises in the chemical industry has increased substantially.As the load on the production equipment increases,the equipment damage rate and maintenance rate also increase.Therefore,strengthening the effective management of equipment has become a common concern of chemical companies.The good operation of production equipment is the basis for realizing timely,stable and effective feedback of process parameter control,production data and information.Therefore,whether the equipment can operate well will directly affect the company’s production efficiency.As a large state-owned chemical company,SY Company is also faced with the situation that the existing equipment management methods cannot effectively manage the equipment due to the expansion of production,equipment increase,equipment structure complexity and equipment professional enhancement.To this end,the company proposed to introduce the management of TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)equipment,strengthen the awareness of independent maintenance,full participation and self-improvement of employees,and improve the existing equipment management status in combination with the effective implementation of 6S management.This essay is based on the basic theories of TPM management such as "two cornerstones","eight pillars" and "four zero goals".Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of equipment management of SY Company,finds problems in equipment management,and explains the company’s TPM management as well as the necessity and feasibility of the activity.Secondly,based on data mining technology,the equipment fault decision tree model is established to provide a basis for the design of TPM management activities.In addition,the promotion plan of SY company TPM management activities is designed,including the objectives,principles,steps,organizational structure and optimization of related systems.Finally,according to the implementation of the TPM group activities of the heavy alkali workshop for one year,the effects of the implementation were analyzed from the five aspects of organizational system,production site management,equipment maintenance management,personnel quality and economic benefits generated by the activities.The optimization proposal for the further implementation of SY company TPMmanagement system was put forward.This paper provides practical guidance for the follow-up promotion of SY company’s TPM management system,and also provides a new idea and method for the development of equipment management in the chemical industry. |
