Home Fitness Product Design For Obese Children Of 9~12

With the development of our country's economy and living standard of people increasing day by day,the incidence rate of childhood obesity in China is becoming higher and higher.It seriously affects the physical and mental health of children.Exercise of obese children is gradually taken seriously.About 95 percents of obese children are simple obesity and its causes are lack of physical exercise and over nutrition.With proper exercise,the physical and mental state of obese children will produce good effect.Based on the analysis and summary of physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics,lifestyle and the ways to lose weight of obese children in the city,this article studies the existing indoor fitness products of obese children.It sums up that the target of existing children's fitness products is not strong,some products are unsuitable for obese children,and are boring.The study provides a reference for the final design practice.Through research on the physiological and psychological needs of obese children,this article brings the participatory in designing fitness products of obese children,and analyses the concept and theory of participatory,then proposes strategies of multi-role with equal participation and multilevel participation,and uses design practice to validate it.Introducing participatory into the design of fitness products for obese children,parents can guide children using fitness equipment to help them break the inferior,introverted and shy psychological,makes children have good interaction with their parents,increases communication,and fosters obese children's interest in fitness,then obese children can lose weight effectively.
