| Under the influence of the new coronavirus epidemic,people are more and more concerned about their health and realize the positive impact of exercise on physical and mental health,and home fitness activities have become popular.Under this background,home exercise bicycle products ushered in a huge development opportunity,but the existing home exercise bicycle products on the market have serious homogenization,insufficient innovation in appearance,imperfect functions,ignoring users’ needs,and other problems,resulting in the decline of user enthusiasm for fitness and the product idle situation.How to meet the needs of users,help them develop fitness habits,and get a better experience with home exercise bicycle products is the key topic of the thesis research.To solve the above problems,the thesis uses AHP and QFD methods as theoretical support to improve and innovate home exercise bicycle products.In the research process,firstly,this thesis uses the literature research method to study the basic concept of the AHP and QFD method,masters certain usage methods,and proposes the integrated process of AHP and QFD method including product design research and user research to provide the theoretical basis for the thesis.Secondly,through product design research,this thesis studies the types,shapes and colors,materials,and functional characteristics of existing exercise bicycle products in the market,to provide a reference for product design style,functions,and user research points,and at the same time,based on the research results,the thesis proposes improvement points and development trends of home exercise bicycle products.Thirdly,this thesis obtains secondary information of products online comments from e-commerce websites,analyze text data to make word cloud diagrams to present user demand orientation visually,extracts user interview keywords from the obtained orientation information,makes user interview outlines,summarizes user interview results,evaluates the importance of user demand using AHP,completes the mapping between user demand and product design elements,and brings it into the QFD core tool quality house to calculate the importance of design elements.Finally,the thesis uses the weight of the design elements to develop the design plan and completes the design practice of the home exercise bicycle and cell phone software interface,which meets the user needs and achieves the design goal of helping users to develop fitness habitsThe integrated design process using AHP and QFD methods helps to maximize the satisfaction of user needs,improve the market competitiveness of home exercise bicycle products,and reduce the design changes after the product launch.It also provides a theoretical and methodological reference for the design process of home exercise bicycle products,making the product design process systematic,rigorous,and efficient. |
