| Safety production is the basis of sustainable,stable and healthy development of enterprises,and safety production has always been one of the most concerned issues of enterprises.Thanks to the progress of science and technology,the safety and stability of the mechanical equipment required by the production of enterprises are constantly improving,and the probability of production accidents caused by mechanical equipment failures is getting lower and lower.However,a large number of accident cause investigations show that the current situation of safety production in enterprises is still not optimistic.According to statistics,more than 80% of safety production accidents are caused by unsafe behaviors of employees,and human factors have become the most important factor leading to safety production accidents.Therefore,it is urgent to study the unsafe production behavior of employees.In reality,if there are different opinions among different employees in the same job,employees are likely to adopt different methods for the same job due to different opinions during work,which is likely to lead to production safety accidents in enterprises.Therefore,we should study which method can be adopted to reunify the different opinions of employees.This paper combines the two disciplines of viewpoint dynamics and behavior safety to carry out cross research,improves the HK model in viewpoint dynamics,adds the obstinacy of employees to their own views in the process of interacting with other employees’ views,and adds weight to their own views and other employees’ views in the model to get a new β-HK model.The improved β-HK model is better than the HK model In addition,it is in line with the actual situation that employees’ views interact with each other in reality,that is to say,employees are not only influenced by the views of other individuals,but also determined by their obstinacy to their own views at the next moment.Through the simulation study of the convergence time corresponding to different β values,the relationship between the two shows that the higher the degree of individual’s obstinacy to their own views,the longer the convergence time.Then,based on this,the relationship between the proportion of three types of employees and the number of final viewpoint clusters is simulated and analyzed.It is found that the increase of the number of neutral employees is helpful to reduce the number of final opinion clusters,and can effectively reduce the opinion differences of employees.Through the simulation of three kinds of employees in β-HK model,we find that the opinions of employees will have differences.In order to solve the problem of opinion differences,we introduce the concept of symmetric confidence,and simulate the symmetric confidence of β-HK model.From the simulation results,we find that the symmetric confidence of 0.25 can make the employees’ divergent views reunify to a safe behavior viewpoint.And the symmetric confidence of 0.25 is within the range of neutral individuals,so we can increase the probability of individuals communicating with other individuals with the symmetric confidence of 0.25 by increasing the number of employees of neutral individuals,so as to effectively reduce the problem of employee opinion divergence.Based on the above simulation results,this paper puts forward some specific methods for enterprises to adjust employees’ views,such as through meetings,ideological education and other means,so that employees can remain neutral in the event of indecisive events,so that the number of neutral employees can be effectively increased,the opinions of employees can be unified,and then the purpose of reducing production safety accidents in enterprises can be achieved. |
