Based on the behavior safety management theory,the study of safety behaviors has been effective in the actual safety management of enterprises.However,in recent years,safety production accidents have occurred in all walks of life,so that adaptability studies need to be put in studies of methods for assessing the safety production status of enterprises.This article starts from the concept of generalized security behavior and analyzes the key factors affecting the level of safety behavior from two aspects: personal security behavior and organizational security behavior.A safety structure model was established from the perspectives of society,government,corporations,and individuals.Based on the model,a safety behavior influence index system was established.DEMATEL analysis was used to study the influence of various indicators on safety behaviors,and the strengths and weaknesses of the indicators were analyzed.Screening out the indicators that have the greatest impact on other indicators;taking the selected indicators as the center and combining system dynamics principles,studying the causal relationship between indicators,and drawing the causality diagram of the impact of safety behavior are committed.Based on expert investigation,practical experience,and literature and other research methods,the nature of the variables that influence the dynamic behavior of the system dynamics model and the variable equations are determined.At the same time,the system dynamics model of the influence of safety behaviors is established,and the variables in the model are assigned and evaluated.After the initial simulation analysis,there are found that the conclusions of the model are different from the actual situation,then the causes of the problems are analyzed and modified;the revised model is again assigned multiple times to determine the final model,for the final result-safety production index establishing a hierarchical mechanism for the safety production status of an enterprise.Taking an enterprise as a case,the relevant variables are numerically modeled and then imported into the model for analysis.The level of safety production status of the company is obtained and the validity of the model is verified.This paper analyzes the influence of safety behaviors,the establishment of models,and the simulation analysis of models.From the perspective of behaviors theories,it studies the mechanism of safety behaviors on the safety production status and uses basic principles and methods of system dynamics,as well as modeling and simulation,to interpret this.The influence mechanism is to develop safety evaluations and make it an important basic research work for dynamic,real-time and continuous evaluation.which results are innovative.
