Customer resources have become one of the most important resources for the company development.Nowadays,competition among companies has shifted from product-center to customer-center.Customer relationship management(CRM)has become one of the most efficient means for a company to improve its management skill,enhance its marketing development ability and enhance its competitiveness skill.In recent years,customer relationship management has gained extensive attention among the companies.How to balance company relationship between CRM and development,strengthen company CRM level improvement,and enhance company customer service level,are the practical issues of the company's management need to focus on & settle down.In view of domestic & oversea CRM current status,the paper is based on CRM relevant theories study and research,and company A was taken as the research target.Analyze the current status of company A and customer relationship management status,summary the existing issues of company A in the process of customer relationship management based on questionnaire,suggestions & countermeasures from five aspects for CRM of company A were proposed from enhancing the concept of CRM,improving the customer segmentation management,perfecting the customer service system,strengthening the life cycle of CRM and adopting the CRM professional software system so as to boost CRM level of company A,decrease the cost of company A to dig out new customers and maintain the old customers,attract and expand more customers and shift the company customers into loyal customers through continuous efforts and bring more profits to company A eventually.The method of theory and practice combination is adopted in this paper.Company A is taken as an example and a deeper level of empirical research on CRM is conducted,which can provide related reference value for the CRM of manufacturing enterprises.
