In recent years,with the development of social economy,the level of happiness index has become a measure of the level of civilization of a society and a country's development and progress.Therefore,people's "happiness" has become one of the focuses of national leaders and management departments at all levels.In the context of the country's advocacy of people's happy life and happy work,as a state-owned mixed ownership D company in Guangdong Province,after 30 years of development,in the new development situation,it is not only facing rare market opportunities,but also facing great challenges.To improve the happiness of the whole staff is an important topic in front of D company.Guided by the theory of well-being,this study analyzes the current situation of D company's employees' well-being through literature research,semi-structured in-depth interview and expert opinion consultation,finds out the main problems and finally puts forward suggestions suitable for D company.At the same time,according to the research of happiness,we have made clear measures to improve the happiness of employees in D company,mainly from job satisfaction,personal growth,life security,enterprise service,democratic management and other aspects.Through the research on the mechanism of improving the happiness of employees in D company,this paper tries to find out a set of ideas and methods suitable for improving the happiness of employees in D company from the perspective of combining theory with practice.On the one hand,it can improve the work performance of the enterprise,reduce the absence rate and turnover rate;on the other hand,it can improve the strength of employees,increase the communication between employees,and establish a mechanism for both labor and capital Third,it can provide strong support for building a harmonious society and developing social economy.At the same time,it also provides useful reference and reference for the research on the improvement of employees' well-being in the engineering and civil explosive industries.
