With the development of economic globalization,accelerating the merger and reorganization of state-owned enterprises and improving the level of core competitiveness have become the strategic choice for China's state-owned enterprises to become stronger and better,transform and upgrade industries,and remain invincible in the world economic trend.In the process of enterprise reorganization,cultural integration has been paid more and more attention and played a decisive role.The successful restructuring of state-owned enterprises has played an important role in maintaining China's rapid and sound economic development and social stability.If merger and acquisition enterprises only focus on the integration of tangible assets,then the effect of merger and acquisition will be unsatisfactory,and even lead to the failure of merger and acquisition.To truly succeed in m&a,we must pay attention to the cultural differences between the two sides,integrate the cultural advantages of the two companies,and truly form an organic whole.KC Company is one of the shale gas development and utilization platforms built by Chongqing Municipal Government in such an environment.Bearing the grand plan of Chongqing municipal government to develop unconventional natural gas industry,responsible for the resource exploration of Chongqing QJ,YY east shale gas block,and bear the heavy burden Demonstration and construction project of coalbed methane exploration and development in Chongqing City.After the work in recent years,the company has preliminarily identified the endowment conditions of shale gas resources in QJ River and YY East blocks,and has made a steady production of 1500 cubic meters / day of coalbed methane industrial air flow in QJSZ area,thus realizing a major breakthrough in Chongqing coalbed methane surface extraction industrial airflow.KC employees are from HN Group,Chongqing NT Group,Chongqing DY Institute and traditional oil and gas units,respectively.It will face conflicts and problems caused by different corporate cultural backgrounds.This paper begins with the present situation and literature review of corporate culture fusion in mergers and acquisitions,analyzes the role of corporate culture integration in mergers and acquisitions,and expounds the purpose,significance,content and methods of this study.Secondly,from the point of view of M & A,the meaning and function of corporate culture,the relationship between M & A and corporate culture,and the mode of corporate culture integration,this paper expounds how corporate culture affects and acts on enterprise management.Then,by describing the current situation of cultural integration after the merger and acquisition of KC Company,and using the interview method to interview the employees of KC Company,the target positions are mainly middle managers and general employees,through interviews.In the form of telephone and network,this paper collects the objective facts about the construction of corporate culture of KC company,investigates the present situation,problems and causes of KC company culture by means of questionnaire survey,and puts forward some countermeasures for solving the cultural fusion problem of KC company after merger and acquisition by using the successful experience of HT coal company for reference.Finally,the summary and prospect are put forward,this part is mainly a summary of the research content of this paper,draw a conclusion,and point out the shortcomings of the study.At the same time,the future research is prospected.
