From the new stage of China's economic development reform from "high-speed growth"to "high-quality development",it can be seen that the transformation and continuous optimization of energy consumption structure is the future development path of coal enterprises,and the characteristics of China's coal resources determine the short The energy strategy of "coal-based,diversified development" will not change within a period of time,so the future development of coal enterprises is still the focus of China's economic development and reform.Firstly,this article collects and organizes the research on performance evaluation models at home and abroad,and summarizes the principles and basic models of different performance evaluation methods.Secondly,selected the Shenhua coal listed companies as the research object,with the mature performance evaluation models:Wall Scoring Method,Eva Model,Balanced Scorecard and Entropy Weight Method as the empirical methods,combined with the performance indicators or weights of existing references,evaluate and analyze the performance of Shenhua in the past five years-under different models.Tertiary,not only does it specifically analyze the performance of Shenhua under each model,but also comparatively analyzes the consistency and difference of empirical results under the four models,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation models in empirical evidence.The results show that under four different performance evaluation models,Shenhua's performance trends are roughly the same,and the conclusion is drawn through research that the current performance evaluation of Chinese coal enterprises is more suitable for the use of balanced scorecard and economic value-added model methods,because the coal industry's industry specificity needs to pay more attention to the non-financial performance part,and the financial performance part also needs to combine economic value-added related indicators.The combination of the two models can help China's coal enterprise performance evaluation research.Finally,this article put forward some recommendations for coal companies applying the balanced scorecard combined with the economic value-added performance evaluation model and problems reflected after Shenhua's performance evaluation It is recommended that coal companies should pay attention to establishing a clearly positioned industry strategic goal when applying a balanced scorecard combined with economic value-added performance evaluation model,and implement it in every dimension.Under the situation of the new energy revolution,Shenhua should actively develop the related industries of the coal industry and achieve diversified development in light of the advantages of its main coal industry.The research in this paper not only provides a certain decision basis for the performance evaluation research of coal enterprises,but also provides reference and help for the coal industry to carry out economic structural reforms.
