Since entering the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",China's coal industry has faced the dual pressures of excess domestic production capacity and foreign imports of high-quality coal.In this context,the state's implementation of the integration of the coal industry has intensified competition among the remaining coal companies.It is extremely important to improve the competitiveness of coal enterprises' operation and management.As an effective tool for enterprise performance management,the balanced scorecard can help coal companies to improve their management and achieve accurate measurement of business performance.This paper takes YF Coal Company as the research object,and from the perspective of balanced scorecard,combines enterprise data and uses performance evaluation theory to study the performance evaluation of YF coal company.First,describe the current status of YF Coal's performance evaluation,point out its shortcomings,and explain the necessity and feasibility of introducing a balanced scorecard for the company's performance evaluation management.Secondly,analyze the internal and external environment of YF Coal Company,clarify the company's strategic goals,and design the YF Coal Company's balanced scorecard performance evaluation index system from the four levels of finance,customers,internal business processes,learning and growth,and use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight of the evaluation system.Thirdly,the application effect of the YF Coal Company's balanced scorecard performance evaluation system is evaluated with the help of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the safeguard measures of the performance evaluation system are proposed.Through the research of the paper,it is found that the choice of performance evaluation system is the prerequisite for correct and objective evaluation of the business performance of the enterprise.Only by choosing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system that meets the current strategic objectives of the enterprise can the objective and comprehensive evaluation results of the enterprise's business performance be guaranteed.By separately evaluating and analyzing the original performance evaluation application of YF Coal Company and the application of performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard,it can be concluded that the application of YF Coal Company's performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard is better.
